Know what you don't know...

A lot of people think they are all set to take the exam since they have worked in a hand clinic for several years.  Know what you don’t know.  Make sure you are aware of the evaluations, treatments, protocols, etc that are done/accepted nationally, not just what you do in your clinic.  Your referring MD may have deviated from the general standards or is trying something new.
