Lateral epicondylitis.
Don't forget the Mills stretch in your treatment/home program regime with lateral epicondylitis. It begins with the arm down at your side, and consists of shoulder internal rotation, making a full fist, wrist flexion and maintaining this position while trying to hyperextend the elbow. A little bit of shoulder extension is okay too. This position encompasses the entire extensor wad, digit extensors and supinator, all of which could contribute to lateral epicondylitis symptoms, rather than just addressing solely the ECRB alone. It can also be performed with the arm in forward elevation in front of you, where you can really get good control to fully internally rotate at the shoulder, pronate the forearm, perform wrist flexion and a fist, with final motion of hyperextending the elbow.
