Stop your finger slings from sliding

Finger slings have a tendency to slide off the tips of fingers when making splints to mobilize the DIP joints (especially).  Making the sling out of moleskin (as it is not stretchy), lining/sticking it to adhesive backed dycem then eyeleting the holes........ makes it strong and STOPS it sliding off the tip of the finger!  Two tips in one!!!!!!!
