F.A.Q.

1. Subscriptions to the website

How much does it cost?

There are two subscription levels for the Hand Therapy Resource Center (HTRC):

  • Non-CHTs: $99 (US) for a six-month subscription (due at sign-up). You must renew your subscription at the end of the six month period.
  • CHTs:  $99 (US) for a one-year subscription (due at sign-up). You must renew your subscription yearly.

If a non-CHT knowingly subscribes to the reduced priced CHT subscription level, their subscription will be revoked and their subscription fee will NOT be refunded.

Will my account be automatically billed?

No, after your initial six month or one year subscription you must renew your subscription by going to the subscriptions tab at the top of the home page.

What forms of payment do you accept for subscription to your web site?

At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment for subscription to our Web site. We are unable to process any other forms of payment. When you subscribe, we will automatically deduct the cost from your credit card and we will continue to deduct payments at the end of each term until you cancel.

If you are concerned about security, be aware that our Web site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry top standard encryption protocol to keep your credit card information secure. SSL sends your credit card information to our computer in an encrypted code, which only we can read. Recurring payments are conducted through HTRC’s merchant site, which meets all Federal requirements for privacy and security.

You can also check to make sure that you've accessed a secure server by looking at the URL in your browser. The first characters of the address should change from "http" to "https" when connected to a secure server.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subsciption will automatically cancel after your initial three month or yearly subscription period unless you renew it.

What do you do with my private information?

The Hand Therapy Resource Center does not and will not share, give or sell any personal or confidential information. The Hand Therapy Resource Center has put in place a significant number of security functions to ensure the safety of this data.
